The products are amazing customer service HORRIBLE. I had to call to get my subscription. I had to deal with DERRICK the 🍆 and a manager finally took care of me. I still can’t get into my account and I’ll have to call again today, which I’m dreading bc last time WAS SO BAD. I ordered my husband 2 shirts and a hat. SEVERAL days later I’d say 5 I’m informed my hat is sold out. It took that long ? I got one of my shirts and not the other and I’m not sure why?? And nothing saying what’s up with my other shirt. Customer service is lacking.
