Ordered this subscription as a Christmas gift for a family member who loves sullen clothing and I am extremely disappointed. We received 1 shirt which was very poor quality (comically thin and rough material with bad quality graphic) and was never sent the remaining shirts. I emailed customer service multiple times over the past few weeks and have yet to hear a response. Save yourself some trouble and do not purchase this. Cool in theory, very poorly executed and horrible customer service with no accountability.

The products are amazing customer service HORRIBLE. I had to call to get my subscription. I had to deal with DERRICK the 🍆 and a manager finally took care of me. I still can’t get into my account and I’ll have to call again today, which I’m dreading bc last time WAS SO BAD. I ordered my husband 2 shirts and a hat. SEVERAL days later I’d say 5 I’m informed my hat is sold out. It took that long ? I got one of my shirts and not the other and I’m not sure why?? And nothing saying what’s up with my other shirt. Customer service is lacking.
