Perfect mostly
Works great for all of my kickboxing gear plus a change of clothes and two pairs of shoes (size 8W). My one complaint - every step the strap squeaks. I can’t figure out if it’s the plastic clips but it must be and I can’t make it stop it’s driving me mad… I feel like everyone can hear it and honestly I hope it stops cuz it might be a deal breaker for me. 😅 I will try a different strap first though just in case.
