Erik Rieth, the owner and founder of Ghost in the Machine Tattoo, has been honing his craft since 1992. His dedication to tradition is evident in his unique contemporary style, which focuses primarily on Americana and Japanese tattoos.
Throughout his career, Erik has tattooed professionally in Canada, various parts of western Europe, Hawaii, and both coasts of the US. This extensive experience has allowed him to refine his skills and develop a style that is truly his own.
In 2017, Erik planted his flag in Boston with the founding of Ghost in the Machine Tattoo. His vision was clear - to create one of the premier tattoo shops in New England. With determination and skill, Erik has attracted some of the finest artists in the area to join him in making this vision a reality.
