Tattoo Nation tells the tale of how it all started when Charlie Cartwright and Jack Rudy boldly opened the first tattoo parlor, Good Time Charlie's, in the heart of East LA Chicano community in 1975.
DVD includes 'Tattoo Tales' additional 20 minutes of stories. Director and Co-Producer commentary, behind the scenes slideshow and English/Spanish subtitles.
